Tarragon

The tarragon had a long journey, when he arrived in the Middle Ages from its Russian-Mongolian homeland to Central Europe. After he made his way through Hungary from Transylvania, Romania.
Today the spice is coming back into fashion and can be used for the following foods in addition to special salad spices and vinegar: soups, roast lamb, poultry, fish and game dishes, green bean casserole, etc.
