Peppermint is a popular medicinal and aromatic plant of the genus of the mint. Of other mints, this mint is different mainly because of the high menthol and low carvon content, or by the sharper taste (PEPPER-mint!).
In some countries, mutton also beef is served with mint sauce (Great Britain). Also, it fits perfectly to the taste of fresh fruit salads or mixed into the stuffing of the turkey with thyme and marjoram.
